For ages 6 and up!
Your young athlete will feel like a real ninja warrior in our challenging and exciting athletic training classes! Each workout combines classic athletic training including: tricks, basic tumbling, agility, athletic speed training, problem solving, balance and strength. Their newfound strength and skill will benefit them in any organized sport they try!
In this class. we will build an overall body awareness with strength and conditioning by providing challenging exercises that forces the body to adapt to unique situations. The end game is to apply the strength and conditioning to one's everyday life! Obstacle courses can include running, jumping, climbing, crawling, hanging, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed and endurance. Sometimes a course involves mental tests, teamwork challenges, and fun activities. The main purpose of the class is to improve strength, endurance and problem solving skills as an individual with no comparison to other students. Teachers encourage teamwork and camaraderie rather than competition. This is a competitive sport designed to challenge the individual without feeling like you have “won” or “lost” but rather improving each week.
