to ensure arrival by Photo Week in May. Costumes ordered after 12/20/2022 will be ordered and shipped individually, incurring an additional $10 shipping and handling fee.
Due to supply issues, availability will be limited after 12/20/2022.

During your regular class time, we will give you all the info you need to make your Showcase experience fun and stress-free!

Photo Week - Optional
During your regular class time. We encourage all students to participate in the group photo, but individual photos and purchase of any photos is optional.

SATURDAY, JUNE 4, 2023 at 4:00 pm Dress Rehearsal - MANDATORY

Located at West Clermont High School:
4101 Bach Buxton Rd, Batavia, 45103

Arrive no later than 3:45 pm dressed and ready to dance.

Spring Showcases - MANDATORY

Arrive no later than 3:45 pm dressed and ready to dance.
NO videotaping or flash photography at this performance.

Single Costumes

Child Sizes - $95 + tax
Child Plus and Adult Sizes - $100 + tax
Adult Plus - $105 + tax
Adult Extended Sizes - $115 + tax

Above includes costume, accessories, tights (if applicable) and $20 participation/administrative fee.

Two-In-One Costumes

Child Sizes - $100 + tax
Child Plus and Adult Sizes - $105 + tax
Adult Plus - $110 + tax
Adult Extended Sizes - $120 + tax

Payment Options
Option 1 - Order and pay in full by November 20, 2022 and receive priority ticketing and free shipping!
Please note: To qualify for priority ticketing, tuition must be paid promptly throughout the year.

Use promo code PAY1/3NOW at checkout, 1/3 will be charged at time of purchase, and remaining payments will be processed to your credit card on 12/20/2022 and 1/20/2023. Shipping is still free and there are no fees for this payment plan. Offer expires 12/10/2022. A valid credit card must be linked to your Dance Etc. account.

Costume Exchanges
If the costume does not fit, you may exchange for a different size. Additional shipping fees may apply.
