Sarah Pickett started competitive cheerleading and tumbling at the age of 9. Her first class she took was at Dance Etc. in the original location! She spent many years working to improve her skills and technique. As a tumbler and cheerleader, she was able to tumble at an advanced level, with layouts, full twists and stunting. She started assisting tumbling classes at the age of 14 working with all ages and levels. As a senior in high school she accepted the Assistant Cheerleading Coach position for the Outlaws All-Stars and a Tumbling Instructor position at Dance Etc. In 2008 she graduated Aveda Fredric's Institute with a Managing Cosmetology license. After moving out of state, she took a position in food service where she quickly moved to management and stayed for six years. After returning to Ohio, she accepted the Tumbling Director position. In 2017 she became certified by Acrobatics Arts, a professional curriculum for acrobatic dance. She loves working with children and watching them learn.
