Here are links to all the forms you need to register for classes, including the waiver form, the registration form, studio policies, etc.

Registering for the Fall/Winter/Spring 2011-2012 Session

Step One: Choose your classes. Browse through our class offerings on the classes page.

Step Two: Choose a day/time offering. You can find our current schedule on our class schedule page, or you can call us at 513-576-1400 for what classes currently have availability.

regarding tuition, session start dates, etc.

Registration and Waiver Form

Step Four:
Print out this Registration and Waiver Form. (3 pages)
Return the form to us in person or by fax! (513) 576-0940.
Or, you may call us at (513) 576-1400 to register by phone.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card.
Registration fee and tuition must be paid in order to hold your spot in class.
Before your child can participate in class, you must sign your waiver. NO EXCEPTIONS!


Our office hours are typically as follows:

Fall/Winter/Spring Session

Tuesday through Thursday - 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Monday & Friday - noon to 8:00 pm
Saturday - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Summer Session

Monday through Thursday - 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
