Mother-Daughter Classes

Mother-Daughter Hip-Hop

(Daughters must be 8 years old or older)
We are the only studio that offers this unique and fun dance/exercise class… mothers and daughters learning hip-hop together! Not only will you learn basic hip-hop dance moves, burn calories, and have fun “grooving” to the music, you will also be able to spend quality time with your daughter. Offered during the summer only. 45 minutes.


Mother-Daughter Tap

(Daughters must be 8 years old or older)
This fun beginner class teaches the basics of tap dancing. This popular class allows that mother-daughter time as you learn new skills. Offered during the summer only. 45 minutes.

Mother-Daughter Yoga

(Daughters must be 8 years old or older)
Adults as well as children today are under a lot of stress. For kids, homework, pressure to compete with other children, endless after-school activities, over-scheduling -- it all adds up. And just like their parents, kids today are turning to Yoga to help them relax. Yoga helps both kids and adults develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination. These skills can be carried beyond class and into their daily routines. It also been shown to help the hyperactive and attention-deficit child. These children crave movement and sensory/motor stimulus. Yoga helps channel these impulses in a positive way.
Yoga as well as children can benefit from this program:

All classes are 60 minutes. What to wear: Comfortable clothing; bring a yoga mat and a towel.
